Use QM to top up Bigpay, then use Bigpay at DBKL payment counters.

You may try MyEG, use QM to pay, likely (not 100% sure) to get 5% Online rebate. Service charge (MyEG's) may apply.

After 1/9/19, try QV using Paywave at DBKL (if allowed, transaction amount less than RM250), test if you can get Paywave CB (new rule effective 1/9/19).

Normally no CB on Government related transactions and at pbebank (including Jompay, FPX).

Alternatively use PB Debit card, high chance to win RM10 CB.
