Use Quantum visa with contactless, is paywave.
Use Quantum mastercard for online transaction.
Big pay is said to be online transaction.

Instead of quantum visa, use quantum mastercard on big pay.

I guess PBB wants everyone to reapply QV then U-turn

Contactless needs a terminal so online is not counted.

Everyone who reapply or apply new quantum visa recently will be in deep shock if public bank really pull back the revision.

According to CS, comes 1Sept the following are excluded from CB for QV:
Other retail transactions like casino, petrol, cash advances, balance transfer, transaction at UTAR and TARC campus, government-related payments, payments to charity, payments via www.pbebank.com and ATM.
But lets wait for a more detailed official t&c.

May be to include the above additional t&c.
