Its a special campaign to top up ewallet, so I think saved card would be fine unlike normal cashback where the OTP matters


Just now topped up to Grab succesful btw. First try say unable to top up, 2nd try successful

Sorry if this is a noob question...

If i were to register for a campaign with minimum spent, eg: above.... Does my transaction during the campaign month that was before the registration count?

Got a situation here i havent encountered before.... was paying my PBB card statement amount via transfer from m2u, but for some reason the transaction processed twice... now there's a positive balance on my card doh.gif

Any idea or ways I can withdraw this balance back to bank acc? Or is there any way I can transfer this balance to another card? Coincidently this happened on my least used card - PBB QM doh.gif

Just called support. So they initially offered to transfer the balance to my PBB savings acc, but I opted to transfer to another CC instead. So yes can be done. Not sure what are the options if u have only 1 cc without any savings acc though

Google pay got quite a detailed payment detail page, even showing the correct merchant name on google maps together with contact info. This is not available on Samsung Pay afaik

Did a quick google check and can't seem to find the result I want even from PBB website

still keeping it (QV) simply because its the highest credit limit for me. gonna be troublesome to cancel and then apply another card

im probably cancelling QM soon though, that card is literally useless
