Dang, getting rejected on the SST rebate request first time via email. What's the strategy again? Email again or try calling the service center?
I requested for SST rebate... ish...

Only weekend spend is eligible for 5% cb is already a term

But I got to agree that this term is not too hard to meet if you plan your spending accordingly comparing to terms set by other cb cards

Downside is, no SST rebate (ok I did not say waived ya :grin:) unless by offsetting your TP and TP is excluded from weekends spendings

Well it is a matter of time this 5% will cease, and it was indeed once ceased but eventually revived

Could someone elaborate on what qualifies as an e-commerce transaction? Is a payment made via PayPal considered one?

Just asking, did anyone try to ask for SST rebate after that particular cycle and succeeded? Was taxed on Nov, statement date 20 Dec, missed out that entry and paid. Now enter next cycle and the new statement should be out already (yet to receive email)

So i just called CS. Was given a short lecture by the guy on why i didnt called earlier i just came out with some BS that I didnt realised the SST etc. He "checked with management" and after a while told me my request was granted, still reminding me to call earlier next time

So long from 2x PPL + RM 30/m become RM 15/m and now no more SST

Well, personally my cut card thresold is when SST rebate is not available. Now is still easy 15/month.
That day i call for rebate / bank absorb SST is fast and easy.
But if one day they didn't rebate, it's time to card cancellation on the same spot

I got the same card too out of random. The only good thing is no annual fee but the RM25 service tax is still anoyying to me. What are the other better miles card without annual fee? So far i've only been using CB cards for spend.
