should at least always check emails sent by bank or just go to their website once in a while. usually important announcements / revisions will be notified

finally cancelled my Quantum MC. called CS, straightforward process, no other questions asked or any hard selling to convince you to remain the card

The card is gone from my PBE today as well

not sure if I'm slow here.... for those on Android, if your PBE app keep crashing when you launch it, please check if USB debugging is enabled and disable it. I think since the latest update they implemented a function to detect it

I have been reloading my Grab with my Islamic Visa Plat saved, still able to earn cashback monthly. Sometimes it prompts verification from app or OTP, sometimes it doesn't

I called last month for my Islamic Platinum card. Depends on the CS staff i think. First time he told me this is not possible, but I told him to just put in a request to management. Waited like few days still not rebated.

Tried calling second time and this time diff staff picked up, no questions asked, just told me will put in request and pending management approval. Next day saw SST is reversed in statement

Is it just me or monthly installments dont appear in the PBE app transaction? Same case for both my cards (Quantum Visa and PIB Visa Plat), and different merchants also

Unlike Maybank which shows the monthly installment amount and remaining months in MAE app

Is this on mobile app or web? In my android app it doesn't seem to have this option

a girl picked up, after verification just mention request had been put through and asked me check my statement again during statement date, no other questions asked

not as good as last time. it got nerfed very badly in 2022 (the old benefits is still shown at 1st post)

last time minimum contacless spent RM30 (Quantum Visa) you get 5% cashback, now min spent RM100 and 2% cashback only....

Quantum MC even worse, last time minimum online spent RM30 get 5% cashback, now min OVERSEAS spent RM100 2% cashback

i cancelled the MC and kept the Visa only. replaced MC with PIB Visa Plat for online spendings

try calling in again. you might get different answer from different CS
