i think need to take some times. terms and condition stated 2 weeks after end of each month. meaning jan cb only reflect in mid feb; feb only in mid march etc. you can only know when ppl statement come out at mid feb.
lets finger cross for the BP eligibility for CB. console.gif

Anyone received cashback on supplementary account for this month? Been receiving the cashback for supplementary account all the while, but the latest Jan 2020 bill, no cashback for my supplementary account.

Was using old PBe engage and account was locked due to multiple wrong logins. Apart from ATM or branch methods, can it be unlocked online?

If you still remember your password, you can call CS to unlock it (not immediate).

Normally when is the first statement date of a new card?

VS approved on 27.12, activated on 3.1, but till today the first statement (over 31 days dy) is not out yet.

So i wonder when will the first statement date be.

Check the letter which came with your CC.

The problem is there is no such info on the letter. The letter is a single sheet of paper with general terms and condition, credit card no, credit limit, etc. The officer that gave the card said the statement date should be the day that the card is activated, which i assume would be 3rd of every month...

Oh, PB changed it already, no longer in the letter.
You can call PB to find out, the first statement can be more than 30 days but less than 60 days
