Suggest you try use the Boost ewallet. Credit card fee is high when check out. Normally I use Boost to make payment, if refund it will only take about 3 working days to refund back Boost account.

Tried two times to request CL increase via email. No response and after a/2 week receive unsuccessful message.

First email, I request to increase. No document request from me. Then unsuccessful.

Second email I provide tax 2018. Same result. If not enough document why did not request from me? So funny PBB

Call CS to request offset SST. They only mention put remark and need wait their management approval.

In this case normally got chance to waive? Take how many working days?

Got charged SST for both Visa and Master Quantum on 04 Oct. Only free to call CS yesterday at 4pm.

They said will put a request and subject to management approval. Next day morning check the account CASH REWARDS/DEBIT REVERSAL ADJUSTMENT RM25.

Great PBB! save RM50

I spent SGD 799 around RM2,018.00 only get RM50 cashback.

I thought every RM1000 will get RM50 and max RM100 per months. Mean RM2000 will get RM100.

What is yours understand base on this? Why they want to use “every” RM1000 in single receipt instead of “spend RM1000 and above”.?

Shall I challenge the bank?

For Quantum Master/Visa, Flexi-Payment needs to make a call? Need to wait until posted or unposted can request for 0% 12mths flexi-payment?

If my statement date is 27 every month. What time request for flexi-payment is a good time?
