1) pbb could've blocked it and need to call in to reset. this only happen when you use the card too many times within short period (known as transaction velocity check) -- this behavior is similar to how fraudster try to use your card excessively (you are liable to pay, fraudster get money)

2) saved card still "not safe" for pbb cards to get Cashback. this has been said many times here. Cashback = pay using manual card entry.

for now. call CS to remove/reset the block.

retry again after removing the card from TNG eWallet app.

Yup, I did use the QM for ShopeePay and even Lazada this month too as no other better cards. So if get CB then good, else just some negligible VIP points.

I just bought item from laz using QM... it was saved card and I see the sms mentioned Lazada topup south city N omg ._.

You used Lazada wallet + PB CC (to top up Lazada Wallet due to insufficient credit)
