got sms 2am this morning for some airbnb charges 2000+usd -pb credit card. no otp received at all. cancelled the card and filed a dispute. pb said need 2 weeks to investigate. checked online already rm8k plus charged to the cc.
also made a police report.

will the bank refund the charges?

thanks for the update. meaning all unauthorized  transactions will be refunded  if this kind of things happen? will be safe to use the new replacement card after this? btw, how long the refund? thanks

If u guys use Quantum Mastercard to get this cb, what did u all spend to fulfill the rm800 min spend?

A family member without income document wanted to apply the PIB Visa Platinum-i (4% cb).
Tot can pledge with rm10k 24mth FD@4.8% but CS said can only pledge under 12m STD FD@2.8% n will incur misc fees of rm100+.
So for 1 year can get campaign's rm300 cb, 12x monthly cb of rm30,total rm660.
But incur fd pledging cost of rm100 + lost of FD interest of rm200 and sst rm25, total rm325.
Macam not worth it for subsequent years too rm360 cb vs rm225 cost.

I tried but was offered 2 options:

1) Refund to your Public Bank deposit account (if any).

2) Interbank GIRO Transfer (please note that there will be a service charge of RM2.00 imposed for this service)

I don't have PBB deposit account and don't wanna pay RM2 service fee.

So if I just choose to cancel my PBB QM,  possible for the bank to transfer the credit to another PBB CC foc?

Ya lor, fully used up my CL, after spent 8k last month for the rm188 cb, then fpp 8k.

Today only left enuf for  "e-Wallet Top Up with PB Visa Credit Card". But this can clash with "Spend Everyday For More Cash Back with Visa Credit Card"

Does anyone know if I use my PiB Visa to spend online.. would it have to be 2750 or 2000 to be eligible for RM40 CB? Would the usual 4% for online be considered double dipping?
