Yup, usually first day a bit uncertain.

At least you got some response. Some Celcom sub-providers don't get any response.

Public Bank considered quite good already. You guys should try 賤bank. After many attempts to call them, finally got someone. After activate, must wait 4-5 hours to take effect woh. After 12 hours, still not activated and system automagic deactivate everything, so must rinse and repeat.
