i think that they reduced significantly the number CS. Last time, easilly get when call.

Nowadays, I call during office hours as it has shorter waiting time compared to outside working hours. If not in a rush, I'll just email and wait.

Hi. Anyone here have irregularities with PBVS Green Points? A lot of points not reflected despite spending at listed Green merchants. Need scrutinize through monthly cc bill and then contact call center to get points corrected - which works, but very leceh.

Also, GrabCar doesn't seem to get Green Points despite being "taxi"...

Cash back from campaigns wont be used to off-set the statement due amount??

First time i encounter this problem..

My August statement due on 5th September, amount is RM900.
At the end of August, received cashback of RM100.

On 5th September, made payment of RM800, like i usually do which is minus whatever campaign cashback from the outstanding sum.

Then today kena charged late payment penalty of RM10 dy.. Called them up to find out how come can kena late payment penalty and that's what the CS told me..
Had to make additional RM100 payment to clear it then they will waive the late payment charge and interests..

I bingung cause previously do like this no issues

Dont be surprise that they will tell you since Grab u spend is taken as 'Online' spending and earn u cashback...

i pay uni fees online and got cashback instate of GreenPoint, reason is payment through website...

seem like now PBB start doing this.
previously as i know CIMB is doing this.

Everytime when u applied FPP the amount will be credited n treated as payment which is deducted from the statement amount.

damn! still can't reach any CS. at this point I just feel like giving up and just pay the SST

(Use 1 for English)
IVR a bit different from previous calls and Mandarin channel.

SST credit subject to Management approval. (Not credited yet)

why not just email and ask? normally i request via email, no problem.
