1st CS asked for reason. bluntly said benefits reduced and I have no intention to use the cards anymore. cs told me to fill form for cancellation, refused to cancel immediately. I ended the call and call back again.

2nd cs didnt ask. able to cancel my cards immediately via call. I guess he has the authority to cancel. junior CS cant and just follow script by asking you to fill form and email back to them.
for second set of pib cards. didn't ask reason. also asked to fill form

called 2nd time again, same response to fill form.

owner then questioned the cs why I can cancel my cards easily (5 minutes ago) via call but this around, need to fill form. cs was confused and said he'll submit request internally.

till now the cards (2nd set) not canceled yet.

Canceling card now also need to filling form... Dont accept cancelation by call in..... So troublesome now this PB

I also got RM15 as cashback only. From the list of replies, seems they don't credit back the missing cashback anymore right?

i had make payment and found following MCC code. wait next statement see if it entitle for CB.

I want to ask regarding on whether it is easy to request for the reversal of SST.
I am considering to terminate my PBIV cc due to the reduction in online cashback percentage, if I do not manage to obtain the SST rebate.
Scenario 1:
- Terminate my PBIV cc, before SST is charged.
Scenario 2:
- Wait for SST to be charged.

- After SST is charged, I will stop using my PBIV cc. Then, I will request for SST rebate by calling PB CS.

- If PB CS is willing to grant SST rebate (with or without spending condition), I will keep my PBIV cc for 1 more year.

- If PB CS is not willing to grant SST rebate, I will terminate my PBIV cc, and request for the reversal of SST, since I have not used my CC after SST is imposed.
My question is that in Scenario 2, how easy is it to request for the reversal of SST, when the PB CC is terminated? In other words, I am not paying the SST, since I am cancelling the PB CC.
If it is difficult to request for the reversal of SST, I may as well choose Scenario 1.

i just realised 4% capped RM30 to 2% capped RM15, since when started?
Ques: the 2% RM15 still applicable to eWallet Reload?
