yes, it's a petrol (petron) co-brand card

base feature 5% if hit min rm800 petron per month. quite good if you can pump this much.

and yes, can double-dip with petron campaign too.



another less-talked card is Maybank Mercedes co-brand card. it also provides 3% petrol cashback (any day, any brand)

just wait until 5 June to confirm if the statement cutoff on 4 June.

if not, then actual "1st statement" will be on 4 July.

many years back, we still can dispute the partial-statement month's cb. manually calculate and credited to our card.

recent year or so, they stopped it already, and follow system-based cb crediting on statement date.

ur example, posting = statement date is inclusive already.... hence NOT next cycle

new regulation already stopped telcos from putting links in sms already le

now, businesss already doing the same (url in sms)

next change is possibly removal of contact numbers in sms. still in preliminary assessment cuz impacting valid usages like customer service number. that's why it can't enforced easily.
