Just called PB CS to request for SST offset, she agreed to do so after a minute of waiting. That was easy blink.gif
I even prepared few tricks if they unwilling to offset it...

I had a wave and pin using Quantum Visa for my car service payment. Some mentioned that this will considered a 5% cashback. Can I confirm with the gurus here that this will certainly get cashback using this method?

My latest statement just came out. Yes, wave and pin is eligible.

Btw, anyone knows if online purchase Visa Secure OTP would reset the wave spending limit on this card?

My recent experience in applying for Quantum Visa:

3/9 Submitted application
10/9 No status update on IVR. Followed up with call to CS
11/9 IVR: Under processing, pending documents
12/9 Application pending under e-CCRIS, IVR says Unsuccessful
13/9 Approval SMS received and showed approved under e-CCRIS too
17/9 Received and activated card

By the way, I tested my first card transaction with PayWave at Jaya Grocer but was not successful. I guess i'll need to perform a PIN transaction first before going contact-less then.

My first transaction I used Samsung Pay no problem. No need to use pin for my first transaction.

I created pin via online banking. What about you?

I see...I created pin via the phone (call-in). Not sure if this is the difference or Samsung Pay is an exception.

Samsung Pay is the same as paywave/contactless....also need to reset with pin every 9 transactions.

There are a few forummers who also used paywave for the first transaction without any issue. My friend also did use paywave for the first transaction. What was the error that you got?

No error code was shown and no beep at all...It's like the terminal didn't detect the card. After that, I switched to Maybank card with contactless on the same terminal and the transaction was successful.

So then it is the card problem. Need to try again on your next purchase and see if it works.

Hi. Can i confirm that you managed to get the rebate after only spending the rm500 within 2 months with Bigpay entirely?

Anyone else with a similar experience (using BP only) and then getting the rebate?

Appreciate any feedback..

What did the CS tell you? If you don’t follow what they say, they got the right not to give the rebate. If they give then it’s a goodwill.

Why not spend RM500 (single transaction) at a physical store on the first week of Oct, to win 5% special CB as well!

Just spend and call will do. Why need to mention BP?
