I sent another email this morning to seek for reinstatement instead of reapplying as I’m still having my physical card. Awaiting CS reply tomorrow.

Btw, did you cut your card into half last year?

It’s a right time to get PB QV for contactless transaction. Even Old Town nearby my home accepts payWave. Just used it with my FCB.

I do not think public bank will just reinstate quantum visa back just like that after been cancelled for more than 6 months. If like that, there is no need to do new apply or re-apply of previously cancelled credit card any more. Can just ask for reinstate. laugh.gif

Called customer service to inquire on the same today. They said need to reapply again as normal as past 6months though I still have the Quantum Visa card.

It won't reset daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
You need to have a PIN transaction to reset.

Long time no use pbb card wanna know, pbb card if sms notification set to rm1 if i make a contactless purchase will i receive sms ? For MBB card yes forgot about pbb card.

you can actually.

they will call you up to investigate if the card was compromised, hence the cancellation.

Update: I called CS. They said the card can't be reinstated once it was canceled. So they have requested a new card. They will send out the card once they got their management approval.

Your case card cancelled more than 15 days still can reinstate back without new document. New info to all. thumbsup.gif
