Cancelled PB QV in Jun. Sent email to CS this morning & told them my intention to reapply the card due to revised feature.

Let see how soon I can get the card or maybe my request will be rejected by bank.

Mine was cancelled in Jun. I guess there might a chance to reinstate?

Just got charged SST for my PB Visa Signature. Called CS - was told to spend >= $600 within 60 days for rebate of RM25.

No "waiver" but effectively waived la, $600 spending vs $633 spending to hit max cash back per month XD

Anyone has got your QV reinstated or approved after reapplying for contactless feature?

I am asked to fill up a card reinstate form for QV, cancelled in Jan or March this year

i am keen to know the SST will follow the old date or upon reinstatement

Nowadays PB SST absorbtion is not as easy as few months back. My first call in to absorb the SST was replied with "we'll put in a request and subject to management approval". 1 week plus don't see anything in my e-statement.

Called again, same thing I get "we'll put in a request and subject to management approval". Then I told them isn't that I supposed to spend a certain amount in order to get waiver, then the CS told me that my case is different as I am a high spender. So no need to spend a certain amount but "management" approval needed. Few days after my second request I say the rebate in my statement.

Total spent like almost 90k on 3 of my cards last year (VS, QM & QV)

no such thing, my VS spend more than QMC but yet QMC straight away given rebate while VS need to spend RM500 in order to get the rebate.

I'm new to quantum & vs. I called to get the sst rebate & was asked to spend RM300 per card to get the rebate.

Yet to call them again after spending...

Checked with TMpoint staff, they said only can use payWave for TM bills, others need to be paid by cash. So no chance to pay TNB bills via payWave at TMpoint.

Also must be in single receipt (min RM300 or RM500)...so need planning..

Should be but I’ve yet to get my 3%/5% CB for my spending on 1/9/19.
