no such thing. soree

personal loans are high risk & unsecured loans. they wont even approve the loan if the applicant dont have a established/stable employment. moreover now you ask for a loan that doest requires monthly income

frm the above requested loan scheme, i think ar... PTPTN lo.

ahloong oso cannot give you this kinda package la.

personal loans doesnt require collateral la.

some banks require guarantor if financing amount exceeded certain lvl.

using house as collateral = house refinancing lo. or secured lending facility.

personal loan is unsecured facility la

simplykah I went through this some months ago and the only reason I can think of is that the banks in Malaysia want to milk their customers out of as much money as possible. Education loans don't make enough money, personal loans make more money so personal loans is the only one you get. I hate personal loans, they're worse than credit cards IMO.

Several years back Citibank and RHB had educational loans but when I asked recently they all have cancelled it and only have personal loans. I was lucky that I had alternatives and the school was very understanding in providing a payment plan but with most schools out there you won't be so lucky. Also don't forget to look at loans where your university is, there may be options there.

I'm thinking of to apply cash loan for an amount of RM8K. There's a bank offering interest rate of 8.99% p.a. Anyone can advise how it going to be calculated? Is it [ 8000x8.99%=719.20 ]? So I have to pay interest RM719.20 per annum? If I take 2 yrs to settle, it will be [ 719.20x2=1438.40]? So my monthly repayment will be [8000+1438.40/24months=393.30]? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

My fren which are factory worker, gross income was 1.5k, he want to loan about 5k for 2-3years repayment, he went to cimb then was rejected without reason giving.

my question is, any other bank beside cimb that required gross income below 1.5k? becoz what i've survey and only found cimb, but then was dissapointed. He want go to PEMINJAM BERLESEN, but i said dont! laugh.gif

Better don't try those pinjaman berlesen ppl, lest you will get lesen besar to be whacked should you default on your payment, LOL.
What about RHB bank? have you given it a thought? they do have loan of up to 3.5times your salary
