QUOTE(vivi99 @ Jan 10 2009, 03:02 PM) If i don't have fix income, can i apply for personal loan? if you're in government sector - suggest u head over to Bank Rakyat, Alliance or CIMB, for cooperative loans. My income is RM800 per month with no pay slips If you're in the private sector - try CIMB Express or Alliance Rakan. They also focus lending towards the sub-prime segment. This post has been edited by Phoeni_142: Jan 11 2009, 11:14 PM |

Hi all, i need an advice. In July last year i've made a personal loan from CIMB Islamic Xpress Cash. RM4000 for 24 months. The interest is very high at 2% monthly, so it is 48% total interest.
I feel like i want to settel it with cash. I've heard this loan you can settle it and with no interest. Is it true? |

Is it true? Attractive Loan, last time I tried to apply but lucky the CIMB staff(that I know for years) advise me to take CC instead of this loan. And you're not using cash to make payment meh? Or do you mean early settlement? Better check whether there is penalty and is it worth or not before do it. Anyway, you loan, you pay with interest. This have been repeated non-stop - Bank are not doing charity business |

QUOTE(mnhma @ Jan 14 2009, 09:00 PM) interest will stil be the same even u made early settlement...this is islamic concept, no up no down juz like the agreement... CIMB xpress cash is good for someone in need of a cash in short time, 24hour approval and within 2week money already bankin to acc... for me this is the best coz many bank u need to have acc wit the bank first to take the loan... Becasue the agent looks unsure also.. the agreement u already sign stated that u had already agreed to pay a interest of 2%/month within the tenure u take the loan...even if u wanted to made a full settelement as early as within the first month the amount will still be the same as what u need to pay for the nex 2years... that why the bank use islamic concept... me also already been warn by my friend not to take PL from cimb unless ur the staff or need money urgently... u can refer to ur credit officer at cimb bank to clarify this issue... hope the officer not misrepresent to u bout the info... |
