If we have that privillege to choose the best financial institution would be ideal. But in reality bank will choose their customer.

QUOTE(mykev76 @ Jun 3 2011, 12:57 PM) All sifu , Hi there,Just would like to ask , to apply loan , normally advise is to just apply for 1 bank or apply 2/3 banks , and see what is the result ? and take the best one ? For your information, unsecured lending (Eg, P.Loan) has a different process with secured lending (Eg, H.Loan). If you apply P.Loan through all the banks at once, you might get your applications all rejected sometimes. It is because bank could notice your applications in CCRIS report and they will consider that this would be a risk to loan a person who has such many P.Loan. Hence, you should apply P.Loan one bank by one bank. I would suggest you do your survey 1st before you apply as it could fulfill your statement of "and take the best one ?". Aside to sharilazri, I agree with you totally! [LIKE] Regards, Zerro Yap 017-4515158 zerroyap@ocbc.com |

I also applied with MBB,CIMB,HSBC,Standard Chartered, Bank Islam,Al-Rajhi, Citibank, all failed.
Saw a RHB Easy outlet, walked in, passed them my IC, and got a 10k loan on the spot. |

I am so sorry to say that most of the banks could not provide you personal financing service unless the "2" disappear from your CCRIS report. Cheers. |

QUOTE(sharilazri @ Jun 8 2011, 11:10 PM) wrong..approve or not is not depend on high or low interest rate. Approval is based on ur ccris, ctos, commitment, payment behaviour, while interest rate r follow the bank"s policy, whether is follow ur loan size or follow ur income or follow ur financial background. |

You are right. What I mean is reality in life. Eg. Bank rakyat giving low interest BUT only Govt. servant, badan berkanun & certain company can apply.. |

eng_tat : did u asked them whether there is any penalty if u settle early and do they re-calculate the interest for early settlement... if u take 5 years, but settle in 2 years, u only pay for 2 years interest in SCB .
