i think ocbc approve you (since u said other bank rejected u) becoz u work in singapore + ocbc is singapore bank =.=
so it's hard to tell for a malaysian work in malaysia to be easily approve by ocbc..

i think thats 1 of the reason.msia bank no dare borrow loan to ppl working in sg

others rej,im sure is scoring..

only ocbc and hsbc can accept customer with bad scoring...

scoring(different banks, with diff policy in scoring)...
scoring can come from ur late payment issue, credit card over limi, credit car outstanding near to limit....

im a ploan senior exec direct from bank... anything just ask, i will try my best to asnwer u....

if lets say i applied RHB easy loan 4 months ago and i got approved and i apply again today will my chances to be approved be lower?

u need to wait 1 year.bank wan see your monthly repayment
