you want to buy the land for investment or to live? If for investment I suggest you get something safer, like asb (maybank, cimb, rhb offer loan for asb, steady 8-9% increase a year). Then shop for your car, maybe get a 2-5% one (depend new or used). No need take personal loan.

Need money asap. at least RM10,000.
I've applied for pl of RM25k in Maybank Personal loan with 11% p.a. And still no answer. The form was sent last week.
Anyone can help. Will stick to the forum until then.

Hello all, I am planning to apply for PL amount is around 25k. Big part of it is to pay off my creditcard (around 20k)- My question :is it a wise move to pay CC with a PL? What I can conclude it that CC % is too damn high compare to a PL%, by doing this, I am actually saving on the %,correct?
And 1 more thing, some suggested to do a balance transfer instead of getting a PL, any comments on this?
Thank you all.

Just want to ask, is there anyone here has made a pl from Maybank? How much they give and what is your monthly salary? I've been waiting for my application to be processed since last week. They said it takes around one week to be processed. If anyone have an experience dealing with them, pls give some comment. I've searched around the forum but didnt find any. Thx.

PL can cover your cc bills...but depends on PL interest rate. balance transfer is good. you may want to check maybank 12 months 0% or CIMB 0% 6 months.
