Hi, your situation seems to have caused slow metabolism, and thus easily get fatigue and stress.
You probably experiencing some slowness in memory and alertness, and perhaps constipation?
Besides drinking enough water, I know how to help improve your condition, such as:
- promote metabolism and blood circulation
- eliminate fatigue and improves sleep
- cleanses colon and body wastes
- improves memory and awareness
- postpones brain aging
- balances body pH level and hormones
- etc

Your description shows that you require a lot of supplements and rest.
I can recommend but you will be wasting lots of money because
the better solution is to eat healthy, cut off smoking and junk (food).

Being free after 5.30 pm and sleep 6.5 is not that bad. Vacation might give better effect than pills.

As this is something that we consume into our body, I would suggest that we go for those brands that are truly reputable, established and proven safe. smile.gif
For the budget, I would suggest that we shall plan it within our means, and take those that we need the most will do. smile.gif

Go to Iherb's or Vitacost's site, then look for multivitamins
by Country Life.

They are quite well formulated and advanced for their low
price, with most of their B vitamins being coenzymes.

Even their B5 is pantethine, very rare for a budget product.

You usually find the Bs as coenzymes only in the more
expensive brands.

You won't find them in the local multis like Centrum.

I used to order their "Seniority" for my sisters, both in
their 60s. Cost just $20 then.

https://www.iherb.com/pr/Country-Life-Senio...ggie-Caps/17411

Here's a good one.

Notice even their folic acid is 5-MTHF glucosamine,
very rare for a medium priced multi.

The only down side is, they made this as tablets , not capsules.
I am not sure how big the tablets are. You can write to Country Life
and ask them.

The nice lady showed me a photo of the Seniority capsule placed
with a ruler or penny when I asked them some years ago.

For further energy and vitality, take some maca. Iherb
has plenty of brands.

The optimum sleep duration for a long lifespan is SEVEN hours,
not eight as we were taught in school.

And you will likely live longer with less risk of cancer if you
live in the eastern part of the same time zone, and more to
the south.

In other words, those living in the south-east of the same
time zone will have less chances of getting cancer and
bolster their chances of living longer as well.

And if you are born in the Western part of that time zone,
and at higher latitudes (i.e. particularly the northwest),
you are more likely to have a shorter lifespan.

Lack of exercise = go exercise
Lack of sleep = sleep more
Supplement ain't gonna fix your bad lifestyle, you can.

Open thread like this attracts people to sell you tons of unnecessity. Prepare to spend loads of money and that yields placebo effects.

Basic of human body survival is eat properly, sleep properly, move properly.

Get all the basic done properly before opting for external aid, unless your body cannot function normally

It's pretty impossible to get an advise through here since non are an experts in here. You're bound to get a roll a dice luck if you tried to get suggestion here over something that requires professional/experts services.
To consume a proper supplementary requires u to know exactly what your body is lacking. Overdose vitamins leads to nothing good. It has serious side effects .
You'll need to run a lab test that is not cheap in malaysia. It's pretty convenient and affordable in foreign country but not in malaysia.
We're talking about a deep test on details what vitamins you're lacking and more importantly is if any problems that's causing it. Our local clinics only provides basic health check through your blood and urine test. But it's not enough to know what you're seriously lacking.

You would exceed male BMI level.
You should track your cholesterol since your BMI is high.
High level could clog arteries that reduces body's ability to absorb nutrient where it is required.

I would recommend that you consult a doctor but common doctors may not diagnose you properly either.
Doctor may recommend more test. You can get cholesterol level from blood test.

Try getting Vitamin B12 with 250 mcg and Vitamin D 2000 IU daily.
Vitamin D are from sunshine for 30 to 50 minutes depending on skin colour, helps with nutrition absorption.
Usually people get B12 from meat in their meal, helps with nerves.
Take them for 2 weeks, and up your intake of vegetables and fruits.
If you happen to be taking protein supplement and milk to bulk up, pause for 2-4 weeks.

Supermarket like Giant has prepacked salads if you do not have time to prepare.
Let me know how you do in 1 week and 2 week time.

Doctors are trained in physiology and medication, hardly as much on nutrition, so do not bother asking about what I suggest here. My suggestion does not guarantee your health.

if really always indoor vit D will help. Vit C I cannot say much about effects personally but i take anyway since quite cheap. Multivitamin I plan to start taking but only pecific ones, most commercial grade multivitamins are super low dose like completely useless like that. Might help kids but im a big boi wink.gif

Just for general knowledge, I absolutely recommend this youtube channel
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoR7CHkMETs3ByOv74OAbFw

just 10/10 information and education on supplementing especially for health and bodybuilding. As for getting those supplements, personally I buy from iHerb since they're generally cheaper than buying locally. never had an issue with them. always go for skynet delivery since its cheaper (sometimes free) and less likely get taxed by kastam.

and if you don't mind please use my referral code DGQ0670 as it helps both of us get a decent discount above the already cheaper prices.

Commercial grade low dose really ah? But I see pharmacy brand like Centrum multivitamin, the dosage seems high enough. If see the label, based on what they say is the daily minimum and whats in their vitamin, whats in the vitamin is a lot more already, no?
