Go to Iherb's or Vitacost's site, then look for multivitamins
by Country Life.

They are quite well formulated and advanced for their low
price, with most of their B vitamins being coenzymes.

Even their B5 is pantethine, very rare for a budget product.

You usually find the Bs as coenzymes only in the more
expensive brands.

You won't find them in the local multis like Centrum.

I used to order their "Seniority" for my sisters, both in
their 60s. Cost just $20 then.

Here's a good one.

Notice even their folic acid is 5-MTHF glucosamine,
very rare for a medium priced multi.

The only down side is, they made this as tablets , not capsules.
I am not sure how big the tablets are. You can write to Country Life
and ask them.

The nice lady showed me a photo of the Seniority capsule placed
with a ruler or penny when I asked them some years ago.

For further energy and vitality, take some maca. Iherb
has plenty of brands.

The optimum sleep duration for a long lifespan is SEVEN hours,
not eight as we were taught in school.

And you will likely live longer with less risk of cancer if you
live in the eastern part of the same time zone, and more to
the south.

In other words, those living in the south-east of the same
time zone will have less chances of getting cancer and
bolster their chances of living longer as well.

And if you are born in the Western part of that time zone,
and at higher latitudes (i.e. particularly the northwest),
you are more likely to have a shorter lifespan.
