I work from 830am to 530pm sometimes overtime
Lack of exercise(once a week), lack of sleep (sleep by 1130pm wake up 6am)
Sometimes during work, my concentration lapse after lunch... tired eyes...
Wonder if got any supplements/ vitamins can boost n improve my condition?

Your description shows that you require a lot of supplements and rest.
I can recommend but you will be wasting lots of money because
the better solution is to eat healthy, cut off smoking and junk (food).

The optimum sleep duration for a long lifespan is SEVEN hours,
not eight as we were taught in school.

And you will likely live longer with less risk of cancer if you
live in the eastern part of the same time zone, and more to
the south.

In other words, those living in the south-east of the same
time zone will have less chances of getting cancer and
bolster their chances of living longer as well.

And if you are born in the Western part of that time zone,
and at higher latitudes (i.e. particularly the northwest),
you are more likely to have a shorter lifespan.

You would exceed male BMI level.
You should track your cholesterol since your BMI is high.
High level could clog arteries that reduces body's ability to absorb nutrient where it is required.

I would recommend that you consult a doctor but common doctors may not diagnose you properly either.
Doctor may recommend more test. You can get cholesterol level from blood test.

Try getting Vitamin B12 with 250 mcg and Vitamin D 2000 IU daily.
Vitamin D are from sunshine for 30 to 50 minutes depending on skin colour, helps with nutrition absorption.
Usually people get B12 from meat in their meal, helps with nerves.
Take them for 2 weeks, and up your intake of vegetables and fruits.
If you happen to be taking protein supplement and milk to bulk up, pause for 2-4 weeks.

Supermarket like Giant has prepacked salads if you do not have time to prepare.
Let me know how you do in 1 week and 2 week time.

Doctors are trained in physiology and medication, hardly as much on nutrition, so do not bother asking about what I suggest here. My suggestion does not guarantee your health.
