we need only to follow the front door grill. the dev has given us the design. for the other grills since the dev did not mention and since the grills are either inside or behind i presume we could do whatever we like.

the quotations that i hav are from outside contractors. i have not gotten from dev contractors. well, couldnt be bothered to ask for one since dev has not given us the CF yet. Logically presumed, I think they are not interested to give us the contractor details yet until they settled the CF issues.

but if u r still interested to have the quotes i am more than willing to share it with u.

opps ... i hav forgotten that there r owners on L2-L4 ... that one you have to check with developer on the grill design. since your unit r facing the open space. i am on the ground floor.

thank for draft the formal letter, so what about the LAD claims and CF delay, this point not in the complaints letter .

what about electrical wiring ... i brought contractor to my house but thats it ... he never quote ...

I not sure whether this point should include in, as we only can claim only when the CF is ready. and not sure what to mention in complain letter. And this should be ask advice from HBA on how to procceed on it at this moment.

Beside the complaint is more on design and the charges. :
And i think now basically we're need to wait for CF received only mention about LAD.

well, tan, our case in balakong no committee formed, we did our complaint individually, that is why not effective. to form up a committee, let me check around and update you how to do it, at this moment, i have no idea and experience. if you are seeking advise from HBA, maybe they can provide you the info as how to do it.

Hi All,

I think we got no point to call MPS and WIRAMA ask for CF Status.
As i just called to S&P laywer, girl name Nor, had answer me with the expect asnwer as we know. -->You got to wait.She told me we have to wait until end of this month (Mar). Another Month!!! .

And some more this is really out of our control, and what we can do is act as a "dog" non-stop barking the developer hope to get the CF sooner.

Y need to wait until end of this March? what its mean for? It is CF will issue tis month???
