Actually i worked in property line b4. What i know is my mgmt only take RM1000 for renovation refundable deposit for condo status. The reason is more to cleaning & defect for comman area especially for their lift. But for this thing, i think its crazy. Dont assume we all stay in Amansiara is so KAYA. We come from middle range rite. I think we need to discuss this with developer.

What is your construction progress before you got this water/electricity deposit bill? Your unit is 127, and your block was finished constructed quite early (before a few other blocks commences), that's why you get the bill earlier compared to the rest, and waited longer before getting the keys (which was released after whole of phase 1 finished construction).


Alan whatever it is, my unit should not be the victim of circumstances, right? 


Now that's interesting. Your block is the one of the final block (frontmost) to start construction, block 2A. This could only mean phase 2/3 getting keys won;t be that far away.

Anyone from block 2A,2B,2H and 2G (the final blocks to be constructed for phase 2/3),  who gotten such letter to settle elec/water deposit bill? I want to see if my theory above is correct or not.

YES..JUST RECEIVED A WATER AND ELEC payment letter. ask us to pay before march.09

If dah stated in SnP that we hav to pay RM 3000, nak tak nak must pay lo. My friend bought townhouse opposite our Aman siara ( selayang heights if I'm not mistaken), and she only need to pay RM 1000 deposit. But lucky for her, she got a good contractor which I think hav a connection with the dev, so dia tak perlu bayar pun deposit RM 1000 tu.
Yes , i agree our deposit is very high! Macam rumah harga > RM 300K. My friend bought a house RM 325 K, and her deposit for constuction is also same like us  RM 3000.

I signed my SnP on 26 Feb 2006, but till now belum dapat kunci. Geram tak dapat masuk tengok rumah
