If I accidentally dirtied my neighbour's house, paying RM100 to a foreign worker will get the job done in a day or two.
They state rules which is unfair for us, we will fight for our right.
As for the CF issue, again I think we give grace period to the developer till end of this month.
If even the form E STILL PENDING by then, we will have to take stern action then.
We paid 2 month maintenance for nothing.
We are educated and tech savvy, but many of us might not have in depth knowledge in this field.
So we need someone with engineering or law background to be our leader.
