even if the house completed, you still can't move in until CF has been issued. And the issuing of CF depends on how "powerful" is the contractor. Sometimes you don't get CF even after the house is completed 1 year. So, don't count your eggs so early.

felt sorry for you guys. If the developer is like this, wait till you start paying for maintenance fee...sure have another set of issues....
