Bought phase 1 , 160 B. Recent update with developers, phase I estm to be completed end of this year. hope so..

They did mentioned the key will be handed over this coming December but no news about the flyover yet.
I assumed Phase 1 will join in where phase 2 n 3 r still under construction. errr. don't u think it'll be dusty air ?

Just to update my lot. rayman.. we're neighbour. seems that most of phase 1 owner hav start planning for reno.
So excited, bile la nak dpt kunci. sape2 ada contact no for reno purposes. I dun hav any idea. maybe level 2 owner yh dah ada plan can share some input.. heheh...

yaa you,re right. how can!!!.actually, that's the reason i choose that row, bcoz near to guard. but now donno la what to expect.

How can they don allow cars without sticker go inside.never heard any place like that. at least u still can go inside , just that u hav to register at guard house. thats reasonable. To walk that far for those houses far inside are really unaceptable. If that so they shuld provive more visitors parking inside. I don see any ...


are these regulations stated in our SNP or they just can put any rules wht ever they want? Eei banyak sakit hati thinking of this matter. their sales people never mention about this visitors parking or u hav to park outside. they just said we'll get an access card. never mention about visitors. How my parents nak visits?
Can someone please confirm about this matter?

If dah stated in SnP that we hav to pay RM 3000, nak tak nak must pay lo. My friend bought townhouse opposite our Aman siara ( selayang heights if I'm not mistaken), and she only need to pay RM 1000 deposit. But lucky for her, she got a good contractor which I think hav a connection with the dev, so dia tak perlu bayar pun deposit RM 1000 tu.
Yes , i agree our deposit is very high! Macam rumah harga > RM 300K. My friend bought a house RM 325 K, and her deposit for constuction is also same like us RM 3000.

I signed my SnP on 26 Feb 2006, but till now belum dapat kunci. Geram tak dapat masuk tengok rumah

anyone else want me to add him / her into the Forum?

Alamak, I pun amik full goverment loan, tapi I tak tau pun berapa late penalty I, Kat mana n pada sape nak tanya. dev ke?
If U lalilulelo phase II by this time pun dah kene RM 6xx , saya apatah lagi kut, by now hanya tunggu nak dapat kunci. Entah2 cecah RM 1K, alamak short la budget nak buat reno.
I hav experience with my friend, dia amik half of Govern loan, end up dia kena bayar penalty RM 12K, but after negotiate dapat le bayar half jer, RM 6K. tu le big problem for us yg guna loan goverment. alasan yg dev selalu bagi, goverment bayar lambat,
