Try again today or use other model phone to call 1312,certain phone can't set active5 number due to DTMF tone can't sent out if not connected(Timer start counting).
As for what plan you're using, call up CS to ask,use the free way,i'll pm you the free way.
*
If that's the case, then why i can't use the sms way to set Activ5 as well? Even 017 users are able to set Activ5 right?

Eh you sure can use the way to call CS for free? Or izzit just sumtimes it works?

i wanna check bout this SARAWAK PLAN thingy as well.. hopefully its the plan im waiting for. all this while the plans r not really benifiting. all either got charges per month or they charge u a hell lot more for sms..

BTW, im a digi user too. tried both of the community zone and campuszone.
tell u, campus zone rocks!! they r not tat keen on limiting the boundary for that zone unlike digi. i can call n sms using campus zone rate even if i live 3 minutes walk away! love this package! but too bad, leaving college soon..
where as digi...woohooo.. tat time i tot i was in community zone, cause i was IN the college compound...ended up with 15 bucks call for few minutes! discovered tat i relli have to walk deep into the college compound for tat rate..well.. not tat good huh?

ps don like hotlink web tat much.. cant relli find any info easily. no frequent update as well-sarawak/sabah plan not included

Need to find out :-

Number A (in KL) calling Number B (in Perak), will the bill statement show From central call to Nortern region? Or still show from central to central no matter where Number B located (southern/ sarawak) ??

Even both Number A and B are central number.

The Campus zone thing ah, if you sign up for it, but your friend didn't ... will you still just have to pay RM0.01 for the sms?

Does it apply to Digi/Celcom too?

And it says the area is Sunway College, Taylors, etc.

Does that mean if you call ur friends from these other places (when you're in Sunway College), the rates will be cheaper?

15 sen/min to million of friends when you're in the zone?????

Means I can call ANY HOTLINK USERS at 15 sen/min even if they're not in the zone? Confusing ler ...

Hotlink website so little info ...

Campuszone rates are reflected on the caller not the receipents. So if you're making calls or sending SMSes within the zone, you will be charged according to the Campuszone rate. Doesn't matter if your friend is in or out of the zone and regardless if your friend is registered with Campuszone. The caller is bearing all the calling and SMS-ing cost.

DiGi has roughly a similar plan called Community Zone. Check DiGi website for area coverage. Not sure with Celcom.

No, not like that. RM75 gives you 500 minutes of talk time. After you have finished 500 minutes, you will be charged RM0.15/min
