maxis shud be more professional in this problem.. at least please make and annoucement via sms to tell all user bout the failure of the service.. maybe some of us bring their phone to the shop thinking of their hp receiver does not work..

mine also got the same problem.. dunno what happen.. when i lepak at mamak stall suddenly the maxis's line SOS.. WTF!! but when i came back to my houz, i check back already full bar.. y maxis didnt announce the problem through newspaper or else?

their share will drop down if announced to the public their system got problems ..the pandan kapitol maxis centre already system down for 2weeks..wanna chg my sim card also cannot..cheras one more ridiculous..no stock for sim card replacement..what a good reason..

i just start using my first ever colour-screened phone . yesterday my friend sent me a picture msg , i think its suppose to b an mms la , but i cant open the msg.after a while , i received a msg from 2000, from maxis 1 i think . they ask me to login maxis.com and log in an account in order to view the image that my friend sent to me. am i missing something? need to register anything?

Ya totally agree with you. Even i switch from prepaid to postpaid since last year. 012 always my best partner i am thinking not going to change my hp number anymore.    despite 016 and 019 are looked challenging right now for maxis.

but when the night falls...coverage dissapear...
already called the maxis fella and ask..they said help me to restart my 3G line..
but no changes also...zzzz
