maybe the needle didt insert all the way gua .... like the 1st pic the needle should be touching thigh with the tip to prevent any paint flowing out ... urs should be some thing like the 2nd pic .... just pust the needle forward abit but be gentle abit ....

another reason maybe because u r testing with water ... since water is more finer then paints so it flows out easy ..... but just turn the power off when ur not using it then no leakage will happen ....

eh tai kor no la ... that tamiya set is like that 1 .....the air keep coming out ger .... when only u press then paint comes out .....

1st of all y buy tamiya set air brush o?? u should get an airtex brand compressor and a mr. hobby dual air brush model GMW4... gd part bout GMW4 is u can change colour anytime u wan... it has a detachtable container and u can fix ur colour bottle straight away to it without pouring into the small cup... its nt very expensive also...

If just clean the guns and u can chage the color that is really convenient later u want to change back color just pull the one out and change it back?

Well these AB's performance is still unknown to me and i get it from ebay you may look for more detail at ebay.
The only i tried before is Mr. Hobby GMW4 Dual Action and it is fantastic.

As for compressor, TAMIYA SPRAY-WORK HG REVO is good and cheap, or else take Mr. Linear Compressor L5(its price varies as the package u get), if u have super budget, get Mr. Linear Compressor L10(price double of L5 but superb performance)

i think Airbrush should be no problem, but the compressor kinda expensive..

well temptation1314 din't say the budget so i just give some normal recommendation lor(actually its for pro's usage haha^^)... but its good and its use by most of the Bandai modeler (japanese) currently...

Dun need to worry about his budget, he rich person so i would recommend him those 1k compressor, tat come with moisture trap, air tank, auto cut-in cut out control, really silent compressor!

Get a mid-range de enough lor.. those around RM300-RM400.. just dunno which model perform better and long lasting ma...

no need to be over 1k, u just go look for the one tat most suitable to ur budget!

Deng lah u memang kaya raya one mah! I am using a 1k compressor, the feel really different one, first it is so quiet u can AB in the night without kacau others!
Besides tat it has Airtank better than u need to buy a separate Air-tank for ur compressor, and it can go like 24 hours non-stop, unlike those cheap one sekejap it overheats and need to shut down!

300-400 cheapest can find at Petaling Street Venus Art shop or u can also try the Toycity and nanyang there also! If still want to have more choice order with AF Hobby, or maybe a forumer here (forgot the name liao)!
Tamiya AB also depends on the price one! Cheap no good, expensive sure good!
