why ler? if u're worried about heat issues breaking the compressor, then all you need is a timer that tells u how long your compressor's been in use for.

not sure ler
all i know is......my compressor has a limit of around half hour per use..... (as adviced from my sifus)
then I have to stop

anyway............
i never last half hour doing AB work sweat.gif
my every AB session is only around 10-15mins then i take break laugh.gif
I cant stay at one place too long.......feels stress
so i wont need those long lasting compressor type
the type im using now really fits my character icon_idea.gif

Shit happens tongue.gif
Some CGuE Deep Arms suffer the same problem with the beam swords, so you're not the only one tongue.gif I'm lucky that my Destiny doesn't.

Anyway, easiest thing to do here is to snip the pegs of the beam blade. Don't cut the whole thing off, just trim it till the blade fits into the socket nicely. If it still doesn't fit, slowly scrape and file the end parts of the blade till it is small enough for you to shove the blade in. Some glue might be required to attach the blade firmly after you trimmed it.

If still cannot, well like what chris said, mod the sword... Not easy to do if you don't have the tools.

i experienced this before...sword as well.. how i solve it is by using hair dryer to blow the area that has bended, GENTLY and SLOWLY. Only then use ur hand to bend it other way round... hope it helps

dont bubble bath ler... later water masuk ur kit cannot go out.... I just detach each part ( leg, hand, head ) and just lightly brush with an old tooth brush. If some grooves got dust and cannot be reached by the tooth brush, i just use cotton bud.

Of course you dont just brush over EVERYTHING la... certain parts if u know the decals are gonna come off, just use ur finger and wipe that part...

Doesnt really matter as long as you've got a proper pressure regulator
