Need some help here, between Audigy 2 and Audigy 4 sound card do they have any major differences in producing sound? Its already obvious that Audigy 4 produce better sound quality but is it really that noticeable?

i just bought my HD3850 just now.
there will be no OC and no crossfire. so, the question is. do i need to connect the extra power supply to the card?

just try it, if can run without it just be it but recommended to use those connecter
hd3850 is not like geforce4mx, so basically need more extra power to run it even you not going to OC it or anything

I got a big problem... Some of u might remember that i have the intention to get a new GC...

I didn't get myself a Geforce gc but an ATI gc. (last minute shopping in Pyramid, only can find ATI gc) Anyway, i got myself a Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro gc. Once i installed it in the computer, everything runs BUT, it hangs often. It even hangs when i set a higher resolutions!

I even tested it with a game Fate/Stay night and it hanged in 20 seconds after running the game. Oh, it even lags when i scroll down the webpage.

So, erm, did i buy a wrong gc for my pc?? Please advise. FYI, this is my mobo.

If you find it slow, you can always OC your E4500.
But I never see E4500 result. Its M0 stepping
E2140 also using M0 stepping. But E2140 can do 400mhz bus, dont know wheter E4500 can or not.

Added on February 10, 2008, 6:19 pmactually i just want to upgrade from my current Pentium D 3.0Ghz only. coz i know and realise even before i bought HD3850 that this card will bottleneck my processor (of coz IM HOPING NOT but that is what i found from searching at uncle google ). right now im hunting for cheap processor that can handle my HD3850 very well indeed. any suggestion?

*about overclock, imm totally noob and i will not OC anything though.
