see the reviews score lor, usually gc is benchmark with 3dmarks, and some games like quake, doom depending on which reviews u are reading

then the good reviews will also compare the card's score against mainstream cards, and they usually will post what the scores meant.

really good reviews will usually have a summary of the scores and give their personal opinion lor

want to find out more just go find out thru google

what is the different between pciex16 and pcie2.0?? i'm confused

is it compatible if the mobo only have pciex16 and the gpu uses interface pcie2.0?

how to check whether the gc is dead or not?? during early days using my gc played cod4 without prob...but nowadays when play again my pc hangs and only restart cn solve the prob..any idea?

backward and forward compatible, but if 2.0 slot in the 16x the bandwidth/performance will be limited, 2.0 offer more bandwidth compare to 16x aka 2.0 is the upgraded version of PCI-E 16x.

but if u slow a pci-e 16x card to a 2.0 will result in no performance increase, basically both hv not much different.
ur gc not yet dead coz there's still display on the monitor, perhaps it is the software crash ur game?

I got another noob question.... I was thinking of upgrading my processor since i am getting a new gc...

I notice most shops selling AMD Athlon X2 processors. Can my m/board support it? According to this website, it didn't mention anything about 'X2' in it...

Just wanna confirm, can i use that...?

If you are able to check the temps for you gc or cpu do so. Coz it's probably overheating. If not, could be the software itself.

the motherboard didnt support AMd dual-core, it is socket 739, the motherboard that support dual-core is seocket 940 or AM2+ motherboard ONLY

yes, more FPS means more good, u'll get smoother gameplay with higher FPS.

this card is not for overclock, but it can overclock and it is original come with factory overclock.

how to chechk GC temperature? i use gecube x1550 ati radeon

FPS = frames per second
average FPS is 30 or above are good
if FPS low = watching slide show


as i remember x1550 don't have temperature sensor

different type of motherboard socket support different type of processor and the amount of pci slot they hv for other add-on hardware.

too many to list.. u just have to find the Processor that is supported by the mobo, u can ask the shopkeeper, forumer, seller , Example : Abit NF-M2S supports AM2 Processor. meaning AM2 processors such as AMD Athlon 64x2 is able to be used. make sure u check before u buy.

u cannot get alienware casing around...if got also fake one.....Only 1 way to get that casing is to buy whole Alienware Computer cost u around RM20k nia
