Ordered another Ideapad 5 R5500U on Apr 30 and expected delivery on May 21! Not bad!

Hi. Just want to ask, someone know what is this problem on my screen? FYI, my laptop is model T14 touchscreen. Bought on 30/11/2020 & received on 31/12/2020. I have 3 year carry in warranty and also 3 year add on accidental damage protection. Can I send to Lenovo service centre to check for this issue? Any advice is appreciated.

Looks like stuck pixel, search youtube on how to try to unstuck them. Don't think warranty will cover it.

Just go onto Lenovo's site and request for warranty... try your luck!

I've received my Ideapad 5 with a spec of dust under the webcam lens.... immediately they send a technician to my house to replace the LCD frame today (within 1 week after opening the case on Lenovo's site). Very good service i must say!

I don't remember exactly the number but I think the premium on site is a lot more expensive than the 3 year accidental damage warranty I took, only RM72.

Yep for me I need to go to their service centre if still not ok. Hope their service is good. But I will look into this stuck pixel first.

I requested to change my RGB vent LED till today no come wor. Wondering is their Premium Onsite really that 'Premium'.

Lucky only RGB kaput so I don't really care that much. Or maybe because they don't have the stocks.

my shipping date got bumped up from June 9th to May 15th. let's hope there's no more changes to a later date lol

I ordered my Legion 5 15Arh05 on the 30th April and Lenovo website and CS confirm that it will ship within 3 to 6 business day.

But until today no update at all.
Call CS yesterday and was told will check but never came back to me.
Drop email to mycs and was told will check but no sound no air 😱

Their 3 to 6 business days how do they count?
I need this urgent as my desktop kaput and now no pc to use. I was hoping to get it latest after Raya holidays, bonus if before Raya.

if u see only left x units, better don't buy bcoz experience says it's not fast ship...

Okok.... I put on my thick skin on Monday morning and call their CS.

I thought since advertise as 3 to 6 business day and prebuilt unit, will ship very fast. Guess I was wrong

I've ordered mine Yogo 7i on 28Apr, they shipped next day, then slight delay in China due to May holiday, i got mine on 4th May. Initially the warranty date was until 28th Apr, they had change it to 04th May after i have received it. good on Lenovo.
