-Smokey the Black Campbell. He's the big papa. Quite docile

-Snowy the Winter White Pearl. She's the tiny mummy. Hyperactive, likes to run on exercise ball. Agressive, always try to run away when I try to hold it and also bites finger if caught.

- Four Babies. Unnamed. Two are Black Campbell and Two are Winter White. Somehow they are not hybrid...

Guys, my hamster didn't even drink a ML of water from the bottle.. =(

didn't drink water? u just notice it or usually your hamster also didn't drink the water?

Mine does spin out but not so many rounds on the wheel.

I see the bottle still remain at 500ml.. not even a ml fall.

If you give it a lot of fresh vegetables, usually they don't drink much from the water bottle as they get the water from the vege.

how to slow introduce a hamster with another dats not siblings? hurm... (afraid of them getting a fight)

abang brother, maybe u can try this... as hamsters likes sweet things... try to put maybe 5-6 drops of ribena (or any sweet drinks) into the water bottle, then lead him/her to drink from the water bottle.... as he/she knows that the water bottle has sweet drinks... they will definitely go back there to drink... (but u might need to feed them few times before they know that the sweet drink is from the bottle, just let them familiarise with it).

after u have seen them drink it few times by themselves, then try to reduce the ribena to 3 drops, 2 drops then 1 drop then just give normal water again... they will continue to drink from it already...

coz mine experienced the same thing before, i got 2 syrians from petshop, then i guess probably they just don't know how to drink from water bottle as that petshop don't give them water in waterbottle... my bf asked this question in some website and some hamster expert told us this (feeding ribena)... then we tried and now all of them are drinking from the water bottles...

try it and let us know the result... my syrians took about 5 days to know how to drink from the water bottle by themselves...
