Totally depending on location, j&t in my area is faster than poalaju. But poslaju better customer service. J&T never pick up their phone at all lol.

now MCO , this is the first time i kena.... my item stuck in their CDC for 5 days and no updated status. somemore Raya coming... i bet my item gonna be send after Raya.. need to complain to seller don't use JTE..

even in shopee, alot sellers change use other courier....

poslaju even worse. Hotline almost never pick up. If connected, cs will just file a useless complaint for you just for you to feel better. Sampah poslaju. Already boikot this cour few years

Hello, my shop is in GM Klang you call it ulu place? It's only 5 minutes from their hub, Yesterday they called me and asked to go and self collect. Is that why I paid for their delivery service?

Mco must put house address. If shop or office address will be very slow or sometimes cancelled like my case. Ordered on 11th March , 18th March MCO start. 20th March order cancelled.

They cannot deliver to office or shop addresses laaaaa

Have to agree with many of the posters here. It all depends on your area. I must add that it also depends on where the seller is which affects the pickup time. For example, if I buy from Shopee Mydin now, I won't choose Poslaju as they take the longest to pickup.

So far all couriers are OK for where I am. Usually I'll choose Poslaju or J&T. But during the last month, Poslaju is the one that has slowed down the most. Still reliable though. Current champ for my area is Ninjavan & CJ Century followed by J&T and GDex. DHL is probably the slowest. So far, no parcels lost or undelivered and 2 parcels which were routed wrongly.

last time buy thing from shopee and use this courier.
i found my item was been compress until the box become damage.

My shopee order arrived at J&T Drop Point/Logistic 2 days ago (20th May), since then the status was "Overnight Parcel" until today (22nd May) no new progress/update.

Called the hotline over & over 15x (they are really ignoring calls) until the 16th times then someone pickup (*phew, finally!). Ask the consultant if I can come by the respected drop point for self pickup and said it's possible, I can just walk in.

So I went straight to the drop point recently and imagine my surprise, the warehouse looks like a junkyard & half of the parcels are not even indoors but outside near the gutter/road.
Upon my arrival there's already people queuing for self collect DESPITE there's a sign there wrote "No self-pickup until the 25th May" (or something like that, can't remember the exact words).
There's also some people stayed and willing to went thru searching for their parcel voluntarily. Seriously, searching for parcel there by yourself is really like a needle in a haystack.
Asked the J&T supervisor there about self pickup after the 25th (after Raya) & he said you can come back to self pickup from the 26th if your parcels still haven't arrived from today until the 25th ......
Yes, they're still operational during Raya ...... parcels are still being sent out & delivered, it depends on luck & location ..... only the unlucky ones will have to come back on the 26th for self pickup.

So it's best I wait patiently rather than voluntarily going through those junkyard-like nonsense because one of the reason is ........
too many people & social distancing is hardly applied there ......... risk of infection

I just opened j & T for my customers as another option .

For the PAST 3 days ---still NO SIGHT OF J& T coming for pickup ---despite their head office saying they work every day

I must have called the HEAD OFFICE over 40 times over 3 days ----03 9212 9660 but semms like TIDAK APA attitude . They cannot call the OUG branch because they do not have the personal numbers . So can only send message but cant promise when can collect ( its over 3 days already still no collection ) . Still NOT SURE when CAN COLLECT ????

Head Office says team leader will call back but also cant promise ----it has been 2 days and still npbody called back ????

Ive Blacklist J & T - choose another courier.... Inconsistent performance, even call them many times still unabale to deliver---> very bad reputaion to seller as well.

Yes, some of my orders quite long from order date to shipped date. Dunno whether seller slow or J&T slow in pick-up. From various places to Kajang. All Shopee sellers.

From Petaling to Subang but J&T dunno why route to Klang and has been departing from Klang since two days ago 🤦🏻‍♀️

Cause Klang is their main hub. All parcels go there and then back out to you. I've only seen 1 J&T parcel which bypassed the hub and went straight from seller to me.

Ya, one time J&T send my 50" TV to the wrong house. Same house number but 2 roads away. Luckily he called me before he came and I was waiting. After a while, I called him and he said he already delivered. LOL. He went back to collect from the wrong house and send to me again.
