For heaven sake, don't use this company. My personal experience with this company is so devastating. I ordered an item on some online shopping portal and by default, the order was assigned to J & T. The parcel was picked up on 10/5/20 and reached their hub in Klang on 12/5/20. Today is 21/5/20 and I yet to receive my order. Went to the J & T counter in Bukit Tinggi, Klang to ask about it and the 2 staff there were like sitting there for fun, without much interest to give me any good answer. Even before going there, tried to call thousand times but all calls went unattended. From their online tracking system, it shows the parcel was picked up and now in their delivery hub and the status is waiting to deliver. I think they are waiting for Christmas to deliver as a surprise. Called their HQ on both land line and toll free, even worse. No response at all!

Purchased from Shopee and used them many times.... no problem.. all speedy delivery

If you have other courier to send through, use the other courier.

Ought to create petition for Shopee to drop J&T from their panel.

J&T too complacent on the matter, need to be bankrupted.

I think J&T cause problem depend on the location or district distribution center. So far I got no problem with J&T at my area and it is better than Postlaju. Only experience 1 time during Shopee online sale where the few items were arrived but not deliver to me but keep overnight at the business premise until Day 7 i decided to go self collect rather than wait. This is during first MCO implementation and my area is green area and distance only 3KM away.

From my observation for all my items purchase from Shopee deliver by J&T, if your item arrived at your area J&T distribution center at early morning before 9am mostly it will deliver on same day but if the package arrive after that, mostly will be deliver next day.

Conclusion, if more than 3 days still not deliver, better go self collect because your package might be stack with new parcel and might delay. If you are willing to wait, then it is fine.

My worst experience is with Postlaju. They assigned their small parcel to their part time agent and few times my parcel is not receive but is stated in Shopee my order has delivered with and receiver is unknown person. Complaint to Shopee and requested for refund but the Seller dispute it. Shopee check with Postlaju and come out another name and IC unknown person. It delay me 3 weeks until i decide to go to Poslaju office and create havoc and complaint. At the end, after half hour later, 1 young malay guy (not wearing Postlaju uniform and wear slipper) came quickly pass all the parcel and leave immediately with his motor. After that no more issue of missing parcel but I will try to avoid Postlaju except if no other option available.

went to J&T office around my area the other day. the store look like shit with parcel stacked like pusat pelupusan sampah.

yea. My parcel which i ordered from PJ area was stuck at Poslaju collection centre for 2 days then sorting centre in Shah Alam for 3 days ! Then another 2 days to send to the Delivery Hub which was Kelana Jaya. Then another 1 day to deliver.

Total 8 days stuck with useless Poslaju. Took a grand total of 12 days from order to delivery. Real rubbish company.

J&T on the other hand took only 3 days to deliver something i ordered from Perlis. Total 4 days from order date.Super efficient

i think it really depends on which area u stay.

I also try to avoid DHL ecommerce as well. Their delivery from my area distribution is fast but collect from seller took few days after seller flag DHL to collect the item from them. Then they keep in their main distribution center for another few days to a week before ship out to my area distribution center. It took around 10 days to arrive after collection.

J&T for my area is good, much faster then Poslaju

J&T > Poslaju > DHL e-commerce

Really useless courier service.

Bought item from Shopee. Only one option.
J&T pick up then send to Johor warehouse. Then to Klang main warehouse.
Then send to Subang warehouse then realise postcode is PJ. Send back to Klang warehouse.
Now must wait for them to send to Damansara warehouse from Klang.

Double work and inefficient. Wasting time and effort.
