I kena from J&T , well it's not I have a choice since the seller use it, previously the items are send and the courier guy will call to arrange time, this J&T bugger just show up without calling , tell them to call in advance to arrange as mostly renovation items , ended up collect at their centre..... spoiled my renovation plan and hopefully can make it before CNY

J&T is horrible, for stupid reasons they keep the item at a storage hub and you cant even self collect. I had one item stuck at their storage hub for nearly 1 week before they delivered it. At least poslaju u can self collect if something goes wrong.

From my last experience.They are slower than poslaju, gdex and dhl ecomm. Maybe few days
but still arrive la. The delivery guy called me and talk nicely. But if urgent case then gg liao. |
