My BT headset was DOA, so i went to Penang HP service centre to claim warranty. Pros: Easy to sync with my outlook. Display the correct timezone for my meeting. Can play mp3s Can install lots of software. Cons: Lots of stuff and menus No reminder for missed call or unread messages. (same with my k700i) No led light to be used as a flashlight. Vibrate not strong enough. Currently the only software i installed is SmartToolkitWill update more as i played with this phone. |

WM UI is totally diff wif normal phone de...but jus manner of time, then u will get use of it... speaker louder than k618??ru sure on this?coz as i knw, k618 speaker consider quit loud d de le...tis gonna be rock!!!
hehe, keypad as hard as nokia 6020???ei, n try out wifi wif skype la, then share here whether is smooth o nt la...

How is the windows media player video playback? Should be better than SE ? Kindly put up a more review on any heat issue. Those who are fimiliar with WM, can you contribute on how best to customize it ? Any chinese text input and view?

Will do skype soon, haha.. as for heat issue, the battery will get a little warm if being constantly used... (Tried DL the latest Crysis Movie through EDGE, but then the battery already badly exhausted by my day-long MSN sessions) still trying to customise the Home Screen.. help anyone ?? |

Here are the screen capture on video playback on tcpmp and windows media player. I resize the divx video to 124x220. The size dropped from 350Mb to around 90Mb. It is watchable and the sound is loud enough. TCPMP Normal view

Wow is the full screen play back got kotak kotak like sony ericsson phone ? Why not you resize to 176 x 220 resolution ? That would make it clearer right ? You use super to resize ?

But sometime u oso need to consider the resolution of your video source, if low quality then cant be help. IMHO, HP512 shall perform the same. |

hmm.. been using the IPaQ 512 for MSN the whole day only all this while lol...
well it last roughly 8hrs of MSN over EDGE so it's ok i guess...
no Skype support (yet)
call quality good
really solid design.. classier than N73 IMHO!
