I feel you bro.. Often nite time my bedroom TV and PS4 console will be monopolize by my kids to watch netflix or play some casual games like crash, LBP, etc... 😅😅

i choose digital because i got fed up of storing all my games in my cupboard until i ran out of space. before i upgraded to unifi, i had no choice but to buy physical. now all my games are digital.

i also think that the launch games are underwhelming & over priced. especially demon souls. paying USD70 for a remaster/remake is stupid.

same here. i did not even buy Ghosts of Tsushima, the last of lesbo 2 & other so called AAA games because I found them boring.

in the past, there were games like MGS or a new FF that will get me excited.

now, i see the new PS5 games at launch & all i could say is "MEH".

no, u dont even know how the backwards compatibility works. Sony oledi say not all game works. i believe they meant that those game in ps plus only u can play for ps4 games.

If you’re fully digital with your ps4, you don’t lose much when you migrate over to PS5 as you can still play those games.

I’m leaning towards digital ps5.
- I don’t buy and resell my games anyway
- resale markets will be smaller since a significant % of people will buy the digital version. Hence smaller pool of buyers and sellers in the second hand market, making it harder to sell or buy games.
- 90% of my PS4 games are digital anyway.
- ps5 is already huge. I rather have the slightly smaller and symmetrical version.

Ya... ur situation is almost same as mine.. My current games and movies all are digital.

The only push that might go for the disc version is to test the audio of the 4k movie quality.. but seems that i heard it is not support atmos.. not sure about it.. so maybe a bit let down.. haha
