Totally no idea when Sony going to made an announcement regarding PS5

no ppl know why, shit la why microsoft don wan bring xbox officially in..used to have shit tons of xbobx360 player here. last time they said piracy, but now i think we already less piracy now, malaysian go for original already.

I guess because since XBOX ONE is a no-piracy platform thus leading to the decline of players.

Then again, you can just subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate (GPU) to get 'free games' - and these games can range from quality AAA titles to indie titles. Now with the combination of EAPlay, GPU is really worth subscribing = better value than PS+ for sure.

I was a Playstation user from PSOne era until PS4 - only recently migrated to XBOX, no regrets at all.


Official or not, I don't think its really a big difference lol. Only a small marginal difference in terms of pricing that will fluctuate based on demand / supply.

In fact, I just pre-ordered my Series X with Gamers Hideout - they have both Series S and Series X ready for pre-order.

no xbox for me as long no official support release here and for me ps5 still have the biggest best exclusive games so far and xbox games that only interest me is their gamepass which offer good value but as long no official release here i wont be buying their console.

Only 2 reasons holding me back from jumping straight to Xbox SX.
1. Most friends are on PS.
2. Backwards compatibility on the PS. Backwards compatibility on the Xbox doesn’t mean much to me when I only have several Xbox one games.

I’ll wait for the mid generation upgrade in 3-4 years before jumping over for this gen.

I'm waiting also instead of buying early. First year usually very slow for games anyway. Personally I'm just waiting for a different color tho. Just don't want white.

Lately they have been bundling alot of free stuff for Sony products - not sure if they will do it for the PS5.

PS5 literally have no competition here in malaysia lol. they are the only one officially launched here, then Sony themselves can splurge on marketing here. instant win
