they are targeting usd499 for PS5 right? it should be within ur budget. rm3k for a console is actually too much.. i believe the price should be around 2-2.5k

so if direct convert is around 2k++ la.. ps4 was usd399 and malaysia price is rm1799, but tat time 1 USD to RM is 3.2 like tat lol..

Expecting the PS5 to launch at $450. But considering our shitty ringgit which in no way will recover beyond RM4.0 to 1USD by the end of the year, yeah expect around RM2.3k-ish for a PS5 here.
There is no fact that it can't hit 2.23ghz at a sustained clock speed. It is simply up to the developers to decide if they want to stay within the power limit to hit that 2.23ghz or go above that and lower the TDP instead.

There will be a handful of games that will receive a "PS5 patch". Spider-Man is top of that list.

The PS5 may not even launch on the same day in Malaysia compared to the US or EU. I'd be surprised if it's even in the same month.

Since you are opening it up, might as well you fully disassemble it, clean the heat sink, the fan and change the thermal paste. You can use better thermal pads too if you want (optional)
