This is so annoyed that user didnt unpacked the parcel yet the lazada return team has said you have opened it and refused to listen your voice, is it lazada sop instruction for them to follow? Otherwise how could it happen regularly?

Additionally even when 2nd attempted parcel back to you, likely phone was missing or broken, is it their internal issues?

Is it something funny??

Is lazada seller's reputation more important than buyer right. The seller just threaten me to cancel my order and I refuse to do that and consult from the customer service (CS) for help. The lazada CS say that they will take action on the seller. The seller immediately cancel my order and require me to provide the name of the CS. They want to complaint it to partner support from LAZADA.

Yes. Because the seller feel that CS give wrong information. Such as the seller can cancel the order. Lazada will investigate my case.

The price of the item was too cheap. They unable to deliver it to me with this price. They don't want to honor the sale price.
The seller say is lazada price wrongly. Lazada say this is the price given by seller.

Well many sellers claim that too, not only in Lazada but Shopee.

Tbh it could be seller misunderstand the promotion when they submit their product. So they claim Lazada put wrong price, but it could be true.

And CS may not know the details of the promotion so their SOP reply is normal. Seller may contact Lazada partner and deal with them (if Lazada penalize them for cancelling order).

Next time if you saw the selling price too cheap, don't buy. It is no worth. You will waste your time argue with seller and cs

Im looking for a new notebook, mainly for heavy duty tasks(processing power wise). From now onward, what is the best time to strike? I can wait for next sale, I already know what I'm buying. So, what payment combination gives the lowest dealing price? Im expecting to spend between RM3.5k to RM4k.
