I also face same problem during 9/9 sale. my account been soft banned. after lodge complaint, lazada CS informed that ive been register 5 accounts by using same device. 2 accounts is long gone since 2016/2017.

so i just tell them to banished those 2 account, maintain my other 3 accounts with condition i need to login in in separate device / mobile phone number

If Taobao is simple, shop + platform discount, then - payment(red money) discount.
(yes, if the shop kind enough to give 300-100, you can 300-100-platform discount that valid on, like 300-60)

For Lazada, shop voucher, then shipping voucher(shop shipping discount first), platform voucher, which shown at the place order(checkout).

Then the price placed must enough for the payment discount voucher.

Want to ask the RHB RM16 min spend RM120 is applicable to credit card or also debit card? I keyed in my RHB debit card no. but the RM16 was not deducted, but I think I read in the T&C it's for debit n credit card, anyone could advise please. Thanks

Price going up nowadays due to COVID-19. I wish to buy printer cartridges but the price have increased and some no stock.
Laptop also shortages as some models not available through walk in shops.

My RM99-20 wasted as I used for Wipers and suddenly out of stock.

That was 11.11 last min voucher.
Voucher wasted as Wiper out of stock and order got cancelled.

Yesterday 11.11 sales my friends & I found a amazing deals.

The item usually sell at Rm300 + or rm200+ during discounted, actually sold at rm 30+ (90%discount)

So we grab a few each.

Today, the seller pm us, asking us to cancel our orders because there is "technical error" , in return they will give us a 30% discount voucher.

What should I do? Although I know this should be a pricing mistake, but I still tak syok that they cannot honor our purchase. I letting go my other 11/11 purchase and went for this after finding out the "amazing deal"

Because this is "official seller" So I never question about the authenticity of the product.

Anyone encounter similar situation where you thought you get a good deal, but ended up seller just cancel the order?
