Usually how long does a rebate comes in from topping up/using the wallet?

It says 21 days, but does it really take that long?

If the seller not going to honour the selling price and instruct me to cancel the order, what should i do?

have been filed a complaint to ttpm and lazada complaint department (menera worldwide kl), Lazada has promised to come back to me by this friday
of course lazada said they have requested the the video footage evidence or whatever it is...

I just file dispute at Paypal and get refunded.

Then how? Request for compensation?
