Anyone facing network error 6004 in group play?

Yes Since yesterday

MEEEE!! I think mine since last week!! Don't bother to check with their CS, always not helpful and can't resolve my problem.
Happened to me during the previous sale, didn't get to use voucher collected & seller increased price in the end. Something is really wrong with Lazada.. Chat with CS but didn't get it settled.

Anyone think I'd contact CS regarding Group Play? I can't start my own group after 2 May, I thought to give it another 15 days but realized I still can't start my own team.

Previous experience was horrible, talked to several CS and many were not helpful. In the end I did get to play for a while and got my other account deactivated. But now once again.. Is it their system problem or what? I haven't played more than 15 times this month certainly! Error code 6004

No I don't , I used to have 2 accounts but 1 was deactivated early this year after I chat with CS which doesn't help at all cuz I still can't play now. It's seriously frustrating..

But wait.. Using the same account in 2 devices is not allowed? That's crazy, it makes no sense to me! What's wrong with a person holding 1 account logging into 2 devices? Not that I do that but that makes no sense!

How long has it been? This Lazada system in indeed sot! There r people I see who post almost daily inviting people to join their group, I guess prob > 15 times no problem at all! If only their system was working normally, we'd earn some rebates and combine with vouchers to buy things - although I prefer Shopee. 😅

I always couldn't make it to the fastest 200 winners in Guess it so when they increased to 500 winners, finally managed to earn some. Problem was I didn't click collect prize for the first & second times.. Do u know if the money will be credited? Only realized the third time I won there was this 'collect prize' button..

Speaking of one year ban, I can't play Group Play anymore. Anyone knows if gonna be just a year ban like u mentioned or forever? I got this dupped account but already closed it. Who knows I still can't play.. Current error message sounds horrible -'You have met the Group Play Lifetime session cap (30 times)'. Sounds like it's banded FOREVER!!!
