Anyone know which courier company is this "Janio"? I ordered via lazada, but been given weird tracking number for Janio.

Besides that, i received email from Lazada regarding the item that i have ordered.

Look like a bug, maybe used by scammer too, better confirm with lazada cs to let them have a look first. icon_rolleyes.gif

Yup, a bug in the system, somehow it should be sent to seller, but it send to you(buyer).

So I guess that's why I saw Seller Own Feet in the tracking system before. tongue.gif

I guess it should be a new shipping company added, and the system is not well supported, so bug shown up.

Just report to CS, and having a live chat with the seller to see what's going on for your item now. hmm.gif

My purchase of smartphone is cancelled as put wrong pricing. It's lower than average price few hundred.

Seems like now they can just tell you wrong pricing then cancel your order.

And you know what? Lazada recently told me that my spending on Lazada is higher than 99% of other shoppers in Singapore. I am not even expecting VIP treatment. Just refund my money, take action against the seller and maybe apologise to me for the inconvenience!

So please, be careful when shopping on Lazada. It is no longer safe.”

He ended his post by tagging Lazada’s Facebook page, which may be one reason why the CEO himself gave Mr Toh a call.

Perhaps a bigger reason is that his post went viral, with many customers writing about their bad experiences with the site as well. Comment after comments were posted by netizens who wrote about having ordered an item, and yet receiving something entirely different, with prayer bracelets being the most common wrong item received.

This is where the lose to a big name and prolly will never be as big as them. Amazon for example will honor pricing error.

Contact CS if this shown up for all items that you are trying to place order, this means duplicate account detected or fault detected.

Happened to me during the previous sale, didn't get to use voucher collected & seller increased price in the end. Something is really wrong with Lazada.. Chat with CS but didn't get it settled.

Same here.... getting the Network error. I suspect it is a "silent-ban". Maybe because I'm using Lazada on my phone and iPad.

Not going to contact CS, as they are useless on this.
