Hi guys, anyone here using Yi dash cam Power Edition chinese ver.? (Not really knw the model no.)

I jz bought the unit & put the Sandisk High Endurance 32GB (card comfirm original), once i start my engine it always got the msg to ask to format the card & NOT automatically into record mode. But whn i turn it off & restart again the cam is back to normal. Feel very annoy if had to always restart the cam everytimes i start engine.

I oready try multiple times format the card frm dash cam & app as well, the problem still the same.

Do u guys encounters this problem before? Wat the solution to stop the msg pop up again? Thx

Any place for me to get the power cable for Xiaomi 70 dash mini cam?
The standard cable that came with it is not long enough. (my only usb is located in the middle arm rest console area)
Appreciate if can share me the link...my next option would be getting the hardwire cable..that will be the last solution.

I think the xiaomi Mai 70 uses micro usb. Correct me if i'm wrong.

new in dashcam, just wondering does the dashcam still recording while the car is off??

My 2 sen:

1) Having ANY working dashcam on the rear is better than no dashcam. Too many idiots on the roads; it's a necessity nowadays.

2) Before I decided on the Mini 0906, I did think of having the same setup as you. 70Mai Pro in front, and 70Mai 1s for the rear. I had watched many review vids on those 2 cams in youtube and read till i was blur. For slightly over RM300 plus cost of micro sd cards and maybe an extra cable, it is very great value for money with decent performance. But having dealt with swollen batteries since 2015, I decided to painfully pay a bit more and get a supercapacitor dashcam.

Can anyone recommend budget dash cam?

Usually park under the sun so a cheap budget cam will do and won't hurt much if kena stolen.

Quick question, how many ampere fuse should I use for hardwiring?
I'm afraid I'm risking wire burning if there's short circuit for using 15A for both battery and ACC fuses
